東京食べ歩き弾丸ツアーのラストはJR東京駅八重洲地下街にある。旭川ラーメンの遊亀亭さんに来ました。苦手な券売機から正油チャーシュー麺1000円をポチッと！
遊亀亭さんの正油チャーシュー麺は味が良く沁みた豚バラチャーシューが5枚にメンマにネギ入りのシンプルな感じ。麺は細麺のストレート麺で茹で加減は絶妙です。スープはあっさり鶏ガラ醤油ながら魚介の香りがして昔ながらの中華そばって感じかな。美味かった。
