ヤエチカのラーメン横丁へ行ったら
との店もコテコテ、どっさり！ってなセレクトなので少し飽き飽きして…さっぱり系を探してたら
塩ラーメンがあるこの店に転がり込んだ！
券売機が入口にあるけどPayPayも使えると？
すると店員さんが出てきてPayPay支払いを目視確認のうえオーダーをする流れ！これってアナログじゃね？と笑った
店内はカウンターとテーブルがあり、20人位は入れそうです。出てきた塩ラーメンはとてもシンプルで良かった。何となくチャーシューとシナチク、ネギ、もやしってな感じ。麺は普通の太さ。スープは脂が表層に浮いているので熱々だが、少し油っぽさを感じる。もやしは炒めるでもなく頭とシリを綺麗に跳ねてあるだけ！シャキシャキするけどイマイチかな…あと、シナチクは好みによってだけど、シナチク臭が少し濃い。750円なりのラーメンかもね！
