If you're looking for a pre-party in Takebashi, this is the place to go! Cafe Pronto!!! It's in an office building, so it's busy during the day, but there are hardly any people there at night. I was able to get a seat right away whenever I went. I usually order a mega highball. I like that you can choose between Kaku and Jim Beam whiskey! I definitely prefer Kaku. The snack menu is also retro and cute. As always when I'm drunk, I forgot to take a picture. Please check the actual thing at the store. Not only the design, but the menu contents also go beyond the realm of Coffee shops. It seems that it was renovated just this September, and it has a lineup of snacks that will make your heart skip a beat, such as: ・Drunken Almost Crab (like mirin and sake with crab sticks) ・Chanja and Cream Cheese (a good student, as you'd expect) ・Crispy Ramen Salad (something like that) ・Tako-san Wieners ・And more. Prices range from around 300 to 500 yen, and you can get a thousand. Because it's Coffee shops, the staff are at a reasonable distance and don't say "Hey, come on!" (I'm not a fan of lively Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)). It's a place I highly recommend for stopping by after work for a quick drink.
