丸の内ブリックスクエアにあるダイニングバー、沖縄料理のお店。お昼はつけ蕎麦を提供しています。
『TAMA』
『肉そば（900円）』
メニューには甘辛煮炊いた豚肉・青ネギ・のりか乗ったつけ麺そば、ラー油が入ったピリッと辛いそばつゆとの説明。
蕎麦は濃いめの色調、ほんのり常温で、噛み締めがいがある。蕎麦つゆは一口目はカツオなどお出汁の風味、二口目からラー油の風味が主張強め。上には甘辛煮豚肉が載っていたが、甘辛くなくてもいいかなとは思った。
美味しかったです。
