年内最後の投稿はいつも通り蕎麦。10年くらいこんな習慣やってます。
こちらは丸の内のブリックスクエアにあるダイニングバーでランチ時は肉そばを提供している店です。
オーダーしたのは、肉野菜そばで、1000円。
こちらのそばは山形の冷たい肉そばのようなニアンスのもので、茹で加減は硬めで、濃い醤油ベースでラー油も入ったつけ汁で食べるものです。やや変化球な蕎麦となります。具材は肉もボリュームありますが、野菜もボリュームあるので健康的でもあるかもしれません。
このボリューム感で丸の内で1000円ちょうどの価格はリーズナブルな方かと思います。
