日曜日の夕方、近くでの用事を終えて立ち寄りました。
カウンター席、テーブル席共に半分以上の席が埋まっているという程度。私は一人だったので、カウンター席の一番端に。
サントリープレミアムモルツ(以下、プレモルと略記) と 店名にもある マスターズドリーム を売るお店です。先ずは、プレモル 香るエール の パイント から。さすが専門店、注ぎ方が素晴らしい。こういう美しい泡を見ると、いきなりテンションが高まる私。幸せな１杯です。(^^)
料理は、ビールのための前菜盛り合わせ、自家製鶏ハムと柿、カブのサラダ、海老と蓮根のアヒージョ 柚子風味 の３品を頂きました。前菜盛り合わせ は ６種類の前菜 が少量ずつ盛り合わせてあって、見た目もきれいですが、本当に一口分ずつなので、量的にはちょっと寂しいかなという気がしました(値段なりということでしょう)。サラダは、柿 や カブ が季節感を出していて、なかなか良かったです。柿 が入ったサラダを食べたのは初めてかもしれません。最後に頂いた アヒージョ は、この日一番のお気に入りです。別容器に添えられた もろみ を合わせて頂くと実に美味しい。柚子風味ということで、和風に仕上がっているからなのかもしれませんが、もろみ を アヒージョ の油の中に投入してから頂くと 具材 も 油をバゲットに浸ませても、素晴らしい味わいです。
結局この日、ビールは 香るエール に加えて 普通の プレモル の パイント を１杯、マスターズドリーム(サイズはレギュラーのみ) を２杯頂き、料理は上記の通り。締めて６千円少々。
決して安いお店ではありませんが、丁寧に美味しく注がれたビールと、美味しい料理が楽しめれば、この料金にも納得です。
