少し前に通りすがりに見た看板で
よさげな心証をもったので入ってみた
頼んだのは週替わりの
ワンプレートランチ
どんなものか知りたくて
オプションのサラダもつけてみた +150円
ゴハンは白米か五穀米を選べる
オヤジは当然に後者
出てくると
メインの豚生姜焼きは
まぁまぁの味ながら存在感小さい
そこを補って有り余る野菜中心の副菜が
バリエーション多彩で嬉しい
目玉焼きも乗って
栄養バランスは、かなり良いのでは？
オプションのサラダは他の
炭水化物メインのメニュー用と整理
JRの線路のすぐ先、
丸の内や大手町から足伸ばす価値大いにありと思う
飲み助の言なので信憑性低いかもしれないが
これまでのレビュワー殿の
コメントを離れて
ビールやアルコールなしでも十分以上に満足度高い
オヤジは八重洲側なのでヘビロテ候補に
本来、当店の本業のディナーより高い評価付けてしまった…
