「リゾート感覚で和めるワインパラダイス。多彩なメニューの絶品イタリア食堂」
丸ビルにある、樽生ワインが味わえるイタリアン【カンティネッタ バズ】
コンセプトはイタリア語で“小さなワイン蔵”を意味するCantinetta（カンティネッタ）。
姉妹店は、私の好きなベルギー料理とベルギービール「ベルジアン・ブラッスリー・コート」。よく利用したのは今はなき日本橋と銀座。日本橋店は同じ場所で同系列“伊勢角屋麦酒八重洲店”が継続し大手町と丸の内、赤坂、品川などは健在です。
ランチメニューは、メインディッシュランチ、平日限定スペシャルランチ、パスタランチ（カレーの日も）、ガレットランチの4種類が常時用意されています。内容は週替わり。季節野菜のサラダ、ベルギー産ポテト、バケット付き。
ランチパスタが“鶏の白ワインラグーと色々きのこと小松菜パスタ。メインランチが鶏モモ肉と青梗菜のクリーム煮込み。スペシャルランチが“豚のラグーソースで作るラザニア自家製トマトソース”
どれも捨てがたい！『豚のラグーソースで作るラザニア自家製トマトソース』決定。
【ガルニチュール】
「季節野菜のサラダ」
惜しげもなく盛られた新鮮なサラダに野菜系ドレッシング。トマトかな？かなりおいしい。
「フリット」
ベルギーから直輸入ポムフリット。揚げたて熱々ホクホク。クリスピーなベルギースタイル。通常の倍以上。これでメインが小さかった、というパターンかしらと不安が。。（覆りました）
【パン】
「バゲット」
見かけはフツー。でもモッチモチして美味。そういえばこの系列のバゲットはおいしかった。しかも、お代わり可能。
【メイン】
『豚のラグーソースで作るラザニア自家製トマトソース』
ラグーは、ひき肉ではなく、豚のコンフィのようなホロホロと肉を割いたもので、肉となめらかな脂の食感がリエットの濃厚さ。トマトソースは濃厚に煮詰めたようなピュレで、酸味が尖ることなく味がまろやか。肉のうまみを吸ったラザニアパスタと、とんでもない量のグリュエールチーズチーズがとろけた美味しいグラタンを堪能。

【アイスコーヒー】
最近美味しいラザニアに出会っていなかったので、感動。どこも高い値段で“拍子抜け”するほど、貧相なラザニアばっかり。こちらは真逆で大きなオーバル型のプレートに目一杯乗せてくださったげきうまラザニア。正真正銘スペシャルでした。
ベルジアン・ブラッスリー・コートでも、美味しかったという鮮明な味覚の記憶があったので同じ系統と知って、なるほどと思いました。
丸ビルの中でもこれだけ良心的なお値段のお店はない。と言っていいと思う。スタッフのお兄さんたちも、明るいくて丁寧で親切。雨の日だからか、ドリンクはサービスしてくださいました。しばらく続けてくれないかな。
