旅の始まりは、まずは朝食から。
新幹線に乗る前に、サンドイッチを購入します。
エキュート東京は、8時に開店です。7時55分頃に着くと、開店を待つ人たちが数人。
やがて、ドアが開き、みなさん流れ込んでいきます。
「後味の良さを追求した自家製の無添加パンとマヨネーズをベースに、白神山地のふもとの深浦の雪下人参やれんこんのサラダ、また三元豚ロースカツ等、厳選した食材をたっぷり使用しています。」ということのようです。
厚切り三元豚カツ入り４色パックを購入しました。
新幹線に乗り込み、車内販売の珈琲とともにいただきました。
カツサンドがボリュームあります。
フルーツサンドが入っているのもいいですね。
サンドイッチを食べ終えると、窓から富士山。
