初訪 202107（No.2862）
東京駅での集中的ネタ拾いの一環で、夕御飯の一部を購入する
お店として、こちらに伺わせて頂きました(●´ω｀●)
こちらは1930年（昭和5年）に、リプトン紅茶直轄日本喫茶部として
創業した「株式会社フクナガ」が1993年（平成5年）に始めた
新業態で、串焼きを炭火焼きというシンプルな調理法で、素材と鮮度に
拘っておられるとの事でありまする～♪
京都の本店では店内で焼き立てが頂ける様ですが、他の3店舗は
こちらの様なテイクアウト専門のデリカテッセンです。
京都に伺った際に態々行く様なお店でも無さそうですし、
店頭で販売されていた焼き鳥もそれ程魅力的ではありませんでしたので、
ダメージコントロールに意味あいもあって下記商品のみを購入です(-_-)
鶏もも肉の唐揚げ（小） 380円
地産地消に拘っておられるとの事ですので、京都の鶏肉かも
知れませんが、普通に美味しい唐揚げですね（笑
ご馳走様でした。
