この日は東京駅から新幹線で出張。小腹が空いたので乗車前に軽く何か食べておこうと思ってこちらに伺ってみました。在来線改札内エキュート東京にある肉まん、シューマイ等、肉系のデリカ・弁当のお店です。
お店ではすぐに食べられるふかした中華まんやシューマイも売っていますが、やはり食べやすいのは中華まん系。もち豚を使ったという肉まん216円を購入しました。
こちらの売場は厨房のすぐ横に電源付きのスタンディングのカウンターがあるのがありがたい。ガラス越しにシューマイや肉まんを作るところを見ながら食べることができます。
紙袋で渡された肉まんは熱々。食べてみると美味しいけれど、蒸し時間のせいか生地のふんわり感が足りない気もします。
餡は挽き肉と玉ねぎで生地との間に隙間なくぴっちり入っているのは好印象。とりあえず小腹を満たすという目的は達成することが出来ました。
やはり東京にも551が欲しいと切に思います。
