JR東日本クロスステーションが経営するそば･うどん店です。
店内は立ち席と座り席のハイブリッド式になります。
おしながきは そば･うどん と丼ものやセットものがあります。
そば･うどんは 温､冷 の選択が可能です。
・かき揚げそば (2024.1.29)
温かいつゆは かつお･昆布 などの合わせ出汁です。
やや甘めな味わいで温かいそばとの相性が良いです。
麺はやや細め､喉ごしの良さがあります｡
かきあげは玉ネギの甘みが口の中に広がります。
食べ進めていくとつゆに野菜の旨味が合わさっていきます。
付け合わせのネギは別皿での気遣いが嬉しい。
電車乗り換え前の待ち時間でとても便利が良いです。
