残念ながらハズレと言わざる得ない。
オイル量が多いためカラスミパウダーと麺の絡みを阻害し本来の味を出しきれていなかった。
麺の茹で具合もやや柔らかく残念な結果だった。
店内はそこまで混んでおらず、スタッフの人数も十分いたため、情状酌量の余地は無し。
今後に期待。
