その名も旨辛蕎麦。ラー油と七味でピリ辛な出汁に
牛肉蕎麦を入れて味わう一品。途中から卵を入れて
まろやかに。一品で二通り味わえるお蕎麦です。
麺の量もそこそこあり、お腹いっぱい。ご馳走様
