2日間にわたる丸の内での研修を終え、参加した同僚と軽く打ち上げるかとあいなり、リクエストのあった「おでん」を検索し、こちらがヒット。
奇しくも、前日ランチを食べたホットスプーンの真隣にあった。
18時前だったと思うが、予約の有無を聞かれ、2時間制と告げられる。
その後、どんどん予約客が来て、フリーの客は入れないくらい人気。
たまたま空いていた１枠に滑り込めたみたい。
生ビールで乾杯。
お通しは鶏白湯スープ。
以下頼んだもの。
白菜サラダ：よくあるやつ。
串もの：まあ美味しい。やたら串が長い。長くて邪魔なのに卓上に食べ終えた後の串を入れる容器がないのは何故。
おでん：卓上に小さなおでん鍋がセットされ、頼んだタネが煮込まれている。スープは鶏白湯。鶏白湯で炊いたおでんが特徴らしい。まあ普通に美味しいね。
鳥皮ポン酢：親鳥の皮を使っているので歯ごたえがあって美味しい。
地鶏炭火焼タタキ：炭火焼の香ばしさ、地鶏の歯ごたえ。美味しい。
日本酒を頼んだのだが、スズだか銅だかわからないがお猪口が大変金属臭くて、酒の味の邪魔をしている。
同僚も同じ感想。
陶器のお猪口に変えてもらった。
お会計は思った以上にいっており、満足度に対して請求が追い付いていない印象。
丸の内の人はこれでいいんだろけど、日ごろ、もっと安くて美味しいところに行っているので、僕には合わなかった。
