この日は、数年前まで、部署が一緒だった
後輩ちゃんたち数名と気軽な飲み会です。
幹事さんが「寒いし、おでんにします！」と
予約してくれたこちらへ向かいました。
①お店の外観、雰囲気、インテリアなど
大手町駅から徒歩3分位。路線によっては、
もう少し時間がかかるかもしれません。
商業施設 iiyo!!（イーヨ!!）の地下にあり
駅とは通路で繋がっているので便利です。
飲食店が連なっている一角にありますが、
入口扉はなく、オープンで開放的な雰囲気。
簡易な屋台のような佇まいです。
②お料理について
皆で相談しつつアラカルトで注文しました。
“鶏すじ煮込み”
思ったよりも小さな器で提供。プルプル食感
鶏のすじや皮が、柔らかく煮込まれています。
“蛍いかの沖漬”
小鉢での提供。手作りではないですね。
お酒は勿論、進みます。
“揚げポテトサラダ”
カリカリに揚げたじゃが芋とマヨネーズの
組合せなので、間違いないです。
でも、やっぱり量は少なめ。
“おでんちくわの磯辺揚げ”
むっちりとした食感で食べ応えのある竹輪。
青海苔香る衣もサクッとしていて◎！
“色々おでん”
・ヴェルサイユなおでん卵
柔らかいので、別皿で提供されました。
メニューにあったもう1つのおでん卵
「いとう君ちのあっぱれ卵と何が違うの？」
とスタッフに尋ねると、一緒です！とのこと。
えー、何それ。分かりにくいなぁ。
・大根、こんにゃく、つくね串
四角いおでん鍋に入った状態での提供です。
冷めないのは良い工夫ですね。
鶏白湯風の出汁は、ほんのり醤油味です。
大根は軟らかく、こんにゃくは程良い弾力
つくねは軟骨入りってな感じです。
最後、出汁を足してもらって、白いご飯を
別に注文して“おじや”も頂きました！
どのお料理もポーション小さめ。
そして、決して悪くないけれど、特別に
魅力的でもないんだよなぁ。
もちろん、ちゃんと美味しいんですよ。
まぁ、何はともあれ、懐かしいメンバーと
心置きなくお喋りすることが、一番大事な
ポイントだったので、納得できました。
③スタッフの接客について
ホールは、若い男女合せて3～4名で切り盛り
していました。
挨拶や席への誘導等、基本的部分は問題なく
明るく元気な接客応対でした。
ドリンクや料理の提供もスピーディーですし
特に気になる点はありません。
④ＣＰについて
大手町駅と直結の商業施設内レストランで
便利な立地ですし、妥当なお値段かと。
お料理に関しては、正直、特筆すべき点は
無いな、というのが正直なところです。
鶏出汁おでん、というのも想像の範囲内で
おでん種も、特別個性的でもなかったし。
諸々鑑みれば、CPは普通でしょう。
⑤その他、気付いたことなど
立地が良いこともあってか、週末でなくとも
閉店まで満席状態でした。
