この日は会社の先輩とその友人とのお食事に呼ばれて
丸の内はパレスビルB1というオフィスビル直結のダイニングバーへやってまいりました。
どうも、こばです！！
普段は新橋周辺で飲むことが多いので
こういったおしゃれなお店は苦手ですね。
ただこの日は忘年会シーズンも近いことから
宴会の嵐。周りがとにかく騒がしかったです。笑
このお店はワインの種類が豊富で、イタリア以外にもアルゼンチンやカリフォルニアのものも
有って面白方です。
料理に関してはピザが有名なようですが、この日は軽く飲む会だったので
あまり食べられませんでした。
おすすめはマルゲリータDOC 2,150円だそうです。
お隣の方が頼んでいましたがかなりの大きさでした。
パスタに関してはバッバルデッテの1,400円がおいしかったです。
バジルで軽く味付けしたもので、若干クリームペーストのパスタソース。
女性受けもよさそうでした。
味もよかったのですが、ここは接客のレベルが高いと感じました。
最初にビールを飲んでいたのですが、若干残ったまままもう一杯を頼んだ時に
新しいビールが来たときに、下げられてもよかったくらいの量でしたが
そこを下げることなく対応していました。
観察眼というものでしょうか。
こういったお店が増えるといいですね。
