前からこちらのテラス席で食事をしたかったのですが、今回は寒いので中にて3名でお邪魔しました。
今回はグランドキッチンディナー、乾杯ワイン付きのコースをお願い致しました。
前菜とメインが選べるようになっていて、私は
・寒鰤と聖護院蕪のカロニエ仕立て/燻製香るクリームと柚子
蕪がクレープ状に巻かれていて、燻りがっこクリームと一緒に合わせるととても美味しかったです。柚子のスプレーをかけてくださるんですが、その香りがふんわりと香りより美味しく感じました。
・牛フィレ肉グリル
こちらもお肉が柔らかく美味しいのはもちろんですが、2種のソースがとても美味しかったです。
・栗のエスプーマ、マサラチャイのアイスクリーム、密柑もジュレ
チャイのアイスがさっぱりしているので、甘すぎず美味しかったです。
予約の時に一応誕生日ということで予約しただけでしたが、デザートに「happy birthday」と書かれロウソクもついた素敵な誕生日プレートが出てきました。さすがでした！ありがとうございました。
あと、追加で
・本日のリゾット（バジルのリゾット）
初めてバジル味のリゾットを頂きましたが、すごく爽やかで美味しかったです。量も結構ありました。しかも頼んですぐ出てきました。
他にパンはお代わりできました。
サービスにかんしても人数がいるからだけでなく、どの方もにこやかで頼むと即、丁寧に対応してくださり、完璧でした。
CPは若干お酒は高く感じましたが、場所と雰囲気、お料理の味を考えると納得だと思います。
今度はもう少し暖かいときにテラス席にお邪魔したいと思います。
