歴史を刻んだカウンターが配された、重厚感あるメインバー（パレスホテル東京1F）
「Mr.マティーニ」と称された初代チーフバーテンダー今井清が設計した当時のカウンターとともに復活した、旧パレスホテルの歴史を象徴するバー。全面ガラス張りにしたバックバーの冷蔵庫も今井清のこだわり。目を楽しませてくれる、色鮮やかな世界のビールやリキュールが並びます。 |
パレスホテル東京の1階にあるこちらのお店。友人に誘われ久しぶりに訪問しました。
平日の18時くらいでしたがほぼ海外の滞在客の訪問でした。
林檎のペニシリン 2600円
ブルスケッタ トマト バジル 1600円
ペニシリンに林檎のフレーバーを足した春のフルーツカクテルをオーダー。
甘めながら林檎のフレーバーが爽やかで美味しく頂けました。
雰囲気よく1人でも商談でも楽しめるお店。機会があれば再訪したいです。
