『和風な雰囲気で、こだわりのお野菜・和洋折衷のランチ』
場所はパレスホテル隣接のビルの地下にあります。伺うとカウンター中心で、お席が少しあるだけの小さなお店、どうみても和食とか居酒屋さん風ですがメニューにはビストロ系が導入されておりました。さらに歓迎して下さったのは“イケメンのアジアン君達”流暢に誘導してくださいます。
平日のランチメニューは、夏野菜たっぷり!冷製スパイシーカレー、スペイン風オムレツと彩り野菜のランチプレート、若鶏胸肉のチキン南蛮定食、ジューシー!キャベツメンチカツ定食、自家製塩麹豚と旬野菜のせいろ蒸し定食、海老真丈カツ定食等です。
鶏の南蛮、これに決定。ちょうどお客様がお店に殺到、かなりお時間たって登場、でした。
【定食】
「若鶏胸肉の特製チキン南蛮定食・自家製タルタルソース」
お盆の上には、ご飯、味噌汁、小鉢、、お新香、メインディッシュ。
【メイン】
「チキン南蛮」
サクサクの衣にくるまれ揚げたジューシーな鶏モモ肉を甘酢ダレにつけて、クリーミーなタルタルがたっぷりをかけたもの。
一個あたりも豪快・大ぶりのチキン。唐揚げといってもフリッターのような衣にしみた甘酢ダレ、中はふんわり肉厚な鶏が柔らかくジューシーで、これにたっぷりとかけられたタルタルソース、これらが、すべてうまくからんで、おいしいバランスのよい味わいです。ソースも絶品でした!このタルタルが、オーロラソースにも似たゆるめでほどよい甘さ、コクもあって美味。甘酢とともに衣に染み込んで美味しかった。
「キャベツの千切り」
これがたっぷりで、嬉しい。しかも極細。サラダに掛かっているお醤油ドレッシングまでもおいしい、という芸の細かさ。
【お味噌汁】
「赤だし」
だしをしっかりきかせお豆腐とわかめ入りのお味噌汁。夏にぴったりな赤味噌仕立てのさっぱりした味。
【小鉢】
「牛すき焼き煮」
コクのある甘めの割り下がたっぷりと浸み込んだ牛すき煮は、素朴な味わい。玉ねぎもトロトロで味が浸みてます。量が少ないのでもっと食べたい。きっと、お酒のおつまみにもぴったりでしょう。
【お漬物】
「香の物』
キャベツとキュウリの塩もみ、浅漬け。シャキシャキの歯ごたえ、山椒の実が品のいい香りをプラス。
【ご飯】
『麦ご飯』
嬉しいことに、大盛に追加料金なし。モッチリと麦のぷちぷち食感がおいしい。
『ほんのちょっと』の贅沢を愉しんでいただきたいというコンセプト。農家さんより直送する有機野菜など良い素材を使われていて和洋折衷の楽しい美味しいお料理。今日のようにメインの鶏が美味しいだけでなく、添えの小鉢まで美味しかったのには驚きました。お野菜のこだわりから安心して「通えるランチ」として重宝しそうです。
