Located in the underground Restaurants area of the Otemachi Palace Hotel Building, this is a popular vegetable dining restaurant featuring Miura's organic vegetables selected by a vegetable sommelier. This specialty is hiyashi chuka, which is served even in winter. For the chilled Chinese noodles, you can choose from thick noodles, flat noodles, vermicelli noodles, thin Ibo-no-ito Chinese noodles, and veggie Cold Noodles made with vegetables. You will be surprised at the wide variety of sauces you can choose from, including sesame sauce, black vinegar sauce, Japanese salt soup stock, spicy soy milk, yukkejang sauce, and tomato basil sauce. We decided on some hiyashi chuka to finish off our meal, and started with draft beer and fried Oyster. We had four large Oyster from Hiroshima with plenty of tartare. As expected, the cabbage garnish is fresh and delicious. Next, we paired the sashimi platter with fin sake. There were two pieces each of octopus, lean tuna, squid, and Kanpachi, which was a lot for one person, so I finished it with a pour of sake. Finally, I would like some hiyashi chuka to finish the meal. Order the standard combination of thick noodles and black vinegar sauce. The noodles are piled up high in the center and around 15 types of toppings are arranged around it, making it visually stunning. It's especially healthy and delicious because it has a lot of vegetables. Next time I would like to try the different noodles and different sauce.
