Hiyashi chuka with a large serving of veggie Cold Noodles, homemade meat miso, and a spicy yukkejang-style sauce. Lunch is a hiyashi Chinese menu, but you can choose your own type of noodles, amount of noodles, and sauce. This time, ・Noodle type → select veggie Cold Noodles (thick noodles, flat noodles, Ibo no Ito, vermicelli, veggie Cold Noodles) ・Noodle amount → select large size (regular, medium size, large size) ・Sauce → Choose the spicy yukkejang style (Japanese style salted soup stock, black vinegar sauce, dry yukkejang style, rich sesame sauce, rich spicy soy milk sauce, limited tomato basil sauce). Although the amount of each ingredient in hiyashi chuka is modest, there is plenty of variety. Chicken, ham, lettuce, jellyfish, wood ear mushroom, pickled ginger, cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, tomato, cucumber, crab stick, egg. Add meat miso here. The spicy yukkejang style sauce has a rich, rich, and delicious spicy flavor. Even with a large serving of noodles, it felt a bit strong, and the spiciness gradually came, but this was enough to keep the meal going. It would also go well with rice. The crunchy texture and juicy taste of chilled Chinese vegetables make them a great palate cleanser. The noodles tasted just like the sauce, so I didn't really get the veggie flavor, but they were springy and filling. I visited after 13:00 on weekdays, and it was quite crowded with about 80% of customers. The information and ordering process was relatively quick, but it took a long time, about a 20 minute wait until the food was served. The hurdles are quite high during the lunch break.
