今が旬の秋刀魚が美味しそうだったので～(^ー^)

【食べた感想】
秋刀魚の竜田揚げの衣は流石に調理から時間がたっているのでしっとりとした口あたり(*^_^*)
秋刀魚の味と旨味は少し弱く秋刀魚の苦味が口に残る(-ω-;)
脂ののりが悪く身が少し硬くややﾊﾟｻﾊﾟｻとしている(￣。￣;)
蓮根と山芋を揚げた物が入っていて蓮根はｼｬｷｼｬｷで山芋はｼｬﾘｼｬﾘとした良い食感(*^o^*)
甘酢あんは甘味と酸味が控えめでさっぱりとしていて塩気が丁度よい( ^_^)
