JR東京駅隣接、東京ステーションホテルの2階にある「とらや」さんのカフェです。休日のお昼頃伺いました。
大型連休だったため、東京駅の構内などはひどく混雑しており歩くのも大変なくらいだったのですが、
こちらは空席もあり、すぐに入店することができました。
赤煉瓦で彩られた温かみのあるスタイリッシュな店内で、席も広々としており非常に心地良いです。
◻︎あんみつ/1540円
＋白玉2つ(66円×2)
◻︎抹茶グラッセ/1210円
あんみつは、寒天、黒豆、小豆、こし餡、琥珀羹、若桃が入っていて、黒蜜をかけていただきます。
琥珀羹は寒天ゼリーのようなもので、可愛らしい色と形で、華やかにあんみつを彩っています。
寒天はサクサクと瑞々しく、琥珀羹は黒糖のようなコクある甘みが濃厚に伝わってきます。
若桃はフレッシュな食感と爽やかな甘みで美味。
そして何より北海道産の小豆を使用したこし餡は、舌触りも繊細で、上品で深みのある甘さがふわっと口の中に広がり素晴らしい味わいです。
追加した白玉は、風味が良く表面はモッチモチ、中はしっかり弾力があり噛みごたえがありました。
抹茶グラッセは、冷たいお抹茶です。
シロップを入れて好きな甘さに調整可能です。
濃厚な抹茶の風味と渋味を感じる本格的なお味。
とても美味でした。
さすが東京ステーションホテルのカフェ、しかも「とらや」さんのカフェです。
ゆったりさせていただきました。
