師走に入った土曜日の夕食ですが、運良く、当日の予約で席が空いていて、家内とお世話になりました。
お店は、女性のグループ、カップル、ご家族などでにぎわっていましたが、ホテルのレストランなので、ゆったりとした席の配置で、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことができました。
野菜を特色とするお店で、ビーガンメニューも出しておりますが、私たちはエビやお肉も食べたいので、嬉燕という12,000円のコースをお願いしました。
広東料理だそうですが、フランス料理でいう、アミューズと前菜のお皿は、和食風で優しい味わいでした。
中華の医食同源という考え方で、野菜の出汁などを生かした料理が主役です。
いわゆる、エビマヨネーズ、スペアリブも戴きましたが、野菜と果物のソースなどで彩られたご馳走でした。
デザートのアボカド風味のココナツミルクのムースも絶品です。
最後に、阿里山高山茶を追加で戴き、三種類の月餅も美味しく戴きました。
東京駅のステーションホテルのB1にあるので、何かのイベントの際などで、立ち寄ってちゃんとした食事をしたい際には、大変良いお店だと思います。
少しお得なランチもやっているので、また来たいと思います。
