広東料理は初めての体験でした。中華というと、四川を連想しましたが（辛いものはあまり得意でなく）、全く辛くなく鶏ガラなどの旨みがたっぷり入った食事を堪能。
コース料理をいただきました。どれも美味しかったのですが、特に印象的だったのはクラゲをごま油で炒めたもの。
終始優しい味わいでしたが、強いていうなら、フレンチのようなパンチがどこかに欲しかったな、という印象です。
