東京駅ステーションホテルのトスカーナ、ピエモンテの北イタリア料理をベースにしたモダンイタリアン。
お店は2012年10月オープン。東京駅直結の東京ステーションホテル地下1階にあります。このホテル初めて来るけど、立地がいいし、内装もなかなか。覚えておくと使えるな。果たして、料理のお味はいかに(*´∇｀)ﾉ

インパデッラ＝フライパン焼き。長崎県産フエフキダイをシンプルにフライパン焼きに。熱々の魚を聖護院蕪のスープ仕立てで。うん、これは美味しい✨✨関東では馴染みがないが、真鯛なんかより、こちらの方が美味しいかも。蕪のうま味が溶け込んだソースが料理を引き立てる。

大分県「おおいた豊美牛」を使用。和牛の牡と乳牛の牝の間に生まれた牛で、和牛の肉質の良さと乳牛の成長の良さを兼ね備えている。
ムムムッ、うんまっ(///∇///)むっちゃ柔らか、いい火入れだ。ヘタな和牛よりもクオリティが高く、美味しい。ソースも良かったです。
