ワインとのマリアージュ
季節が変わるごとにお伺いしているお店です。
ワインを置いている店で、肉なら赤、魚なら白と進めてくれるお店はあっても、魚料理でも付け合わせや料理法によっては軽めの赤を進めたり、コースの中での次の料理との相性を考えて提案してくれるお店はなかなか見つけるのは難しいのではないかと思います。
エノテカノリーオさんに初めて行ったときは、ワインのペアリングをコースに加えており、ソムリエの方と話をしながら食事をして、非常に好印象のお店でした。
現在はペアリングのコースは表面には出していないようです。。
今回は、あえてペアリングにはしなかったのですが、予約後に電話で聞いてみればペアリングできますか?と聞いてもらえれば喜んでやってくれると思います。
昨年の10月に訪問した際は、電話でペアリングをお願いして食事を行いました。
確か+5000円くらいだった気がします。
