初めに出てきたフィンガーフードのブリオッシュが、パンの甘味と塩気、チーズの塩気、クリーミーさが合わさって食欲、アルコール欲共とても増進しました
前菜のカンパチとガスパチョは、夏らしくさっぱりとした前菜でした
ガスパチョが強くてカンパチが負けてしまうのかと思ったらそんな事はなくて、2品がしっかりと調和しているのが凄かったです✨カンパチは身がしっかりして美味しかったです！いくらと合わせていただきました✨
次に鯵のパスタは、魚介の旨みたっぷりと吸ったパスタで、上品な味わいでした鯵ぎゅっと旨みが詰まっていてとっても美味しかったです
お魚はスズキで、皮目はパリッと身はふんわりと焼かれていました。私はポワレが大好物なのでそれに似ていて嬉しかったです♪有機のお野菜と一緒に頂きました✨
おソースが、トマト、アーモンド、バジルを使ったもので、ジェノベーゼのトマト版のような感じでまさに旨みの凝縮でした
お肉はフィレ肉で、グリーンマスタードを添えたものが出てきました。グリーンマスタードは初めてでしたが、ライムのような感じで、豚ではなく牛にはグリーンが合うのか~と勉強しました。でも私にはその良さはあまり分からず、追加で岩塩を頂いて岩塩で残りのお肉を美味しく頂くことにしました付け合わせのお野菜にもひとひねり！じゃがいもとズッキーニの甘さとゴーヤの苦味が対比されており、これにも感動
最後デザートはブラマンジェとジェラートでした
ブラマンジェは個人的大好物でアーモンド感が強くてとても美味しかったです
食後コーヒーは相変わらず濃くて美味しく、小菓子は抹茶のチョコレートとナッツが出てきました。
エノテカリーオさんは食後のコーヒーに感動してもう一度あのコーヒーを味わいたい！と思い再来店したのですが、前回ディナーコースで頂いた時のコーヒーより少し薄かった気がしました
あれはエスプレッソだったのかな？もしくはディナーとランチではコーヒーが違うのかな？
コーヒー好きなのでちょっと悔しいですまたリベンジですかね

My third enote canorio✨ I had it at the same seat as last year~ It seems like the course contents change depending on the season. Top restaurants use top quality ingredients and it's really delicious. There are a lot of fish dishes. I'm so happy☺️ My favorite dish, Tajarin, was a luxurious dish with the scent of white truffle and the flavor of the eggs✨ We also had lots of wine.For dessert, the cherry blossom soufflé, Ice cream cream, and coffee were very delicious.
