A restaurant located in the basement of Tokyo Station Hotel where you can enjoy Japanese Cuisine and Teppan-yaki. For Japanese Cuisine, you will be seated at a table, and for Teppan-yaki, you will be directed to the counter. Japanese Cuisine here is very delicious and the tables are quiet so it's suitable for dinner parties. This is a restaurant that I have come back to many times because it is convenient when I want to have a relaxing Japanese-style meal lunch near Tokyo Station. This time I ordered a Kashokado Bento (boxed lunch) that comes with a toast drink. You can choose alcoholic beverages such as wine for your toast, but since I had plans later that day, I decided to settle for a soft drink. Small dish will come out first. Wasabi greens and chicken with sesame dressing, very elegant. After that, Kaiseki, which became a Bento (boxed lunch), appeared. The contents change depending on the season, but this time of year you can enjoy spring-like ingredients and presentation! Small dish that became the Bento (boxed lunch) included grilled tuna, duck, Tempura, and Simmered dish. The tuna was lightly seared and delicious. Tempura is seasonal, such as smelt, so it's nice to have tempura. And on the big round plate, there's yuba, Saikyo-yaki, sea bream Sushi, and tempura Tempura. Rice, miso soup, and pickled vegetables are also served separately, and you can replace the rice. The Saikyoyaki and miso soup here are really delicious and the rice goes well. At the end, seasonal fruits and hot tea are served as dessert. In addition to being conveniently located right next to Tokyo Station, this restaurant is a place where you can enjoy quality Japanese Cuisine in a relaxing atmosphere, so it is recommended for work dinners or dining with superiors.
