唸るくらいの美味い料理の数々。美味かった〜。また、通いたい店が増えた。
石川県七尾より巻鰤」、口に入れた途端に言葉が出ません。
「ごぼうとポルチーニ、マッシュルームの軽いクリームスープ」素晴らしい。
口の中にポルチーニが広がります。なんて良い香りなんでしょう。
「トリュフ香る柚子卵かけすき焼き御飯」玉子を口に入れる前から期待度が高まります。一口食べると想像以上に美味い。
欲を言えば、ご飯はもっとふっくらと、肉は火入れを弱くして、柔らかくすると更に美味しさがますと思います。
たぶん、ミネラルウォーターだとおもうのですが、注いでくれた水は無料でした。
