〈東京五大〉ミートソースの一角である武蔵小山の〈とすかーな〉の姉妹店？支店？がこちら。出勤時の昼食に利用。
行ってみると、ピークタイムのちょっと前なのに、席が8割埋まる中々の人の入り。
注文したのは〈和風カルボナーラ〉の大盛り。カルボナーラで和風、ねえ、と思いながら待って出て来るのを見ても、やはり何が和風なのかわからない。もしかしたら卵を敢えてダマにしているあたりが和風なんだろうか。まあ確かに、イタリアンが隆盛する前、家庭で食べられているカルボナーラは卵ダマダマの感じのものは少なくなかったが、敢えてそこ再現して和風と言うか感は否めない。
味のほうは、さすがに〈とすかーな〉のグループって感じで、乾麺なのに乾麺っぽくないモチモチ感のある仕上がりはいい感じなのだが、残念なのは恐らく麺を茹でる時の塩を控えすぎているせいで、ベーコンの塩味が浮いて感じてしまうところ。お値段も大盛りコミで1,250円とやや予算オーバーになりがちなので、クオリティや分量考えると致し方ない気もするのだが、たまに使うにはいいかなという感じ。
でもまあ、〈とすかーな〉へ行くのは立地の問題でしんどいが、ここに来るのは普通にできるし、そういう意味じゃ使い出はあるかも。
