13時30分頃に伺いました。
店内のお客さんはテーブルに二人、カウンターに一人の三人です。
カウンターに案内され、メニューを眺めるといくつかのパスタ料理が並んでいます。
その中からジェノベーゼを選びました。
トスカーナ州ではなく、リグーリア州の料理ですが‥
間もなく、「ランチサービスのサラダでございます。」と、小皿に盛られたサラダが提供されました。どうやら同価格で、夜は単品で供されているようです。
食べ終わるタイミングでジェノベーゼが厨房から手渡しで提供されました。
女性向けのお店らしく、量があまり多くはなく、最初に大盛りを勧められている理由がわかりました。
「具は?」と見ると、四角い白いものが数個入っています。いただいてみると、ジャガイモの角切りでした。他は上にバジルの葉が一枚添えられています。
麺はもっちり、絡められたソースはなかなかのお味でした。
