東京駅京葉ストリートの一角に、スイーツ、お弁当屋さんがあります。
今回は、お魚屋さんがプロデューサーのお弁当を購入。
生もの系の握りずしは、時間も開くので、
大トロサーモン蒲焼丼、穴子丼とかにと鯛の茶碗蒸しを選択。
穴子は甘い照りの効いた柔らかい身がお弁当全部に整列しています
付いている煮詰めたタレをかけまわして、頂くと、
ふわっと口の中で溶ける感じです。
タレの甘味と穴子の脂がよいコンビネーションになっています
錦糸卵の下のご飯は酢飯なので、ちょうど甘いタレとバランスしています。
真鯛の茶碗蒸しは、深みのある良い出汁です。
\39oと良い値段なのでもう少し、具材を入れて欲しい感じがしました。
江戸前気分で、穴子の蒲焼に、熱燗を一杯・・・良い組み合わせです。
また、魚メインのお弁当が欲しくなったら寄りたいと思います。
