2023年8月24日（木）昼食。
午後の仕事のために京葉線に乗るので、ランチはまた東京駅で。東京駅一番街の地下1階のにっぽんグルメ街道のこの店に行ってみた。
バックボーンがわからないのだが、検索すると、（株）伊達という会社が出てくる。その会社はこの東京駅一番街のＭ2Ｆ東京グルメゾンで伊達という鉄板焼店を（2018年6月2日開店）、Ｂ1Ｆで一鶏という焼鳥屋を（2014年12月11日開店）、経営しているようだ。伊達の牛たんと紛らわしいのだが。
「定番」と書いてある厚切り牛たん焼き定食＜塩＞の6切の定食（2500円・税込2750円）を注文した。思っていたよりも高いのだなと思った。
やがて出てきたその牛たん。厚みがあるカットと薄めのカットがあって、厚みがある方は普通だなと思って食べたのだが、薄めのカットの方はまあまあかなと思って食べた。牛たんは、歯がすっと入る感じと、噛むほどに味が出てくる感じが重要。まあ、普通の牛たん屋だと思う。仙台のおいしい牛たん屋に比べると、ちょっと物足りなかった。
