JR構内の東北新幹線改札前にある駅弁屋さん。よく使わせてもらってます。
東京の駅弁は色々なところの駅弁があるので、面白い。
今日の注文
・湘南鎌倉名物、鯵の押し寿司(大船軒):1,150円
大船軒の鯵の押し寿司はだいぶ前から有名な駅弁で、友人からもお薦めされたので買ってみました。
包み紙の裏には、大船軒、押し寿司の歴史が書いてあったり、お弁当の蓋を開けると、料理の作り方やこだわりが書かれた中箱が。食欲の前に知識欲を満たしてきます。
中には押し寿司が八貫。程よい酢加減の締め鯵と赤酢のシャリが良い具合です。
しめ鯖はよく食べるけど、締め鯵ってあまり食べたことがなかったので新鮮な感じ。鯖とはまた違った風味を楽しめます。
