金華豚のロースカツが美味しい！
ミランダカーの影響ではありません（笑）が、最近トンカツにはまっている私。
この日は東京駅すぐ近くのKITTE６階に入っている平田牧場極へ行ってきました。
とんかつ屋さんとは思えない綺麗な内装です。
私達は格子で仕切られた空間に通されましたが、窓際の席からは東京駅とビル群の景色も楽しめます。
豚しゃぶが人気のようですが、ここは初志貫徹してトンカツをオーダーすることに。
茄子の揚げびたし すっきりピリ辛で、とても美味しかったです。
豚の角煮 どの部分もトロトロに柔らかく、味がよくしみ込んでいて美味でした。
海老フライ かなり大きめ、衣はサックリ、身は肉厚で歯ごたえあり、タルタルソースも美味しかったです。
牡蠣フライ 中ぶりの大きさですが、ぷりっとしてとても美味しい☆
金華豚カツ盛り合わせ 金華豚のロースかつ、ヒレカツ、メンチカツの盛り合わせです。
あれこれ味比べできるのが嬉しい♪
ロース肉は脂が適度でジューシー、とても美味でした。
ヒレ肉は柔らかく、メンチも肉汁がとても美味しい。
金華豚ミニかつ玉丼 これだけ味がしょっぱすぎて残念でしたが、その他が美味しかったのでよしとします。
テーブル間隔がかなり広く、内装は綺麗、接客もよし、トンカツも美味しいのでとても気に入りました。
また利用したいと思います(^^)/

不定期に訪れている、お気に入りのトンカツ屋さん。
しゃぶしゃぶ利用の方が多いですが、こちらで出される金華豚のトンカツや豚の角煮は絶品です。
今回いただいたリブロースカツは、お肉が柔らかく、脂身が甘くジューシーでした☆
厨房から離れているので、油の匂いも服に付かないし、茄子の煮浸しや海老フライ、メンチカツやコロッケなど、サイドメニューも充実しています。
窓からの眺望もよく、個室もあり、家族連れの方にもオススメです。(^^)
