久々の東京であります。コロナも収まりましたのでね。嫁と二人でやって参りました。(￣▽￣;) 昼飯は行ってみたかった三菱一号館のCafe 1894に行ってみたのですが大行列！ ２０数人待ち！(ﾟДﾟ；)
それでも待とうかと思っていると店員が表に出てきて「今からだと２時間近くお待ちいただくのでランチの時間が終了してしまいますが・・」との説明有り。という訳で断念。＿|￣|○
近所で別の店を探そうとKITTEビルに移動。しかし日曜日の昼とあって何処も大行列！(￣▽￣;)
待つのが嫌というよりランチタイム自体が終了しそうなので行列の無かったコチラ、平田牧場 極 KITTE丸の内店に何とか潜り込みました。(￣▽￣;)
何も知らずに入店しましたがこちらはシャブシャブもトンカツも全てブランドの金華豚を使用しているとのことです。
私が注文したのはロースカツ膳。１７０ｇと１２０ｇがあったのでもちろん１７０ｇを選択。３２００円。
トンカツにしては高くつきますが場所に加えて金華豚となればこれくらいはするのでしょう。
まずキャベツが出されますがお代わり自由です。テーブルのドレッシングでいただくのですが面白かったのが燻製オリーブオイル。メッチャスモーキーでイケますね。コレ美味しいです。
さて、金華豚のロースカツですが程よい大きさです。肉厚ですね。中心部がほのかにピンクがかっております。
肉は柔らかいのですが心地よい食感も同居しており美味しいです。いいトンカツの特徴でもありますがクセの無い味です。
東京には個人経営の有名トンカツ屋も多く私も何軒か食べたことがありますが私的には丸五やとんかつひなたやポンチ軒のほうが美味しいとは思いますがコチラも十分美味しいです。
キャベツだけでなくご飯と味噌汁もお代わり自由。接客もよくいい店だと思いましたよ。(*￣∀￣)
