Kitteにある比内地鶏の料理を食べられるお店。
秋田から、捌きたての比内地鶏が届くそうです。
今年、初めて秋田に旅行に行き食べたた比内地鶏。
とても美味しかったので、東京で新鮮なものが
食べれると知り、期待してお邪魔しました。
お昼の時間に親子丼をいただきました。
親子丼の親（鶏）が強く、子（卵）の味が
控えめに感じます。比内地鶏はとろける柔らかさで
なく充分にか見応えがある野生味と肉の濃さを
感じます。ヒナ鳥と親鳥で言えば、親鳥のうまさ
に近い味です。更に一度炙っていて香ばしさが
あるので、鶏の肉の味が全面に出ています。
卵と肉のハーモニーよりも、肉の味を楽しむ
ことに力点が置かれた親子丼と思います。
美味しいです。究極の親子丼を食べましたが
極上の親子丼（訪問時は売り切れ）もあるそうで
次回は、極上を頂いてみたい、またはこの
比内地鶏なら、夜の食事メニューも美味しいはず。
