平日夜にディナーで伺いました。
事前に予約したコース料理と乾杯のシャンパン、ワイン6種のマリアージュセットを頼みました。
場所・雰囲気良く、お店の接客もそつなく愛想良く接客頂き、流石な感じでした。
お料理は6種類。正式名はメニュー表を。
・ミニトマトのマリネ キャビア添え
キャビアの塩味はそこまで感じずでしたが、トマトが甘く爽やかで美味しかったです。
・夏野菜のフリット カレーソース
ヤングコーンやカリフラワーなどのフリットに濃厚なカレーソースとトリュフを散らした一品。
・ローストした鮎と夏野菜の冷菜
鮎はカリッと焼き上げられていて、身はほろっとソースとあいまり美味しかったです。
・チーズとポーチドエッグのサラダ
イワシや根野菜などをレタスで包みチーズとポーチドエッグを乗せたフランス風サラダ。
・スズキと葉野菜 ブイヤベースソース
スズキにツルムラサキなど葉野菜をのせて、濃厚なブイヤベースのソースを掛けた一品。ブイヤベースソースがかなり濃厚で美味しかったです。
・合鴨ロースト 赤ワインソース
コースのメイン料理。合鴨は皮目パリッと中は赤身肉ながら少しふわっとした食感で赤ワインソースと相まって美味しく頂きました！
・A5黒毛和牛ステーキ
メインが変更可能と言うことで、１名分を黒毛和牛ステーキに変更。A5だけにかなりのジューシー感。合鴨ローストと一切れずつ食したので、お腹はいっぱいになりましたが、美味しく頂けました！
・いちごとチェリーのパフェ
最後はいちごとチェリーのパフェで、いちごと木苺とチェリーのアイスが乗ったパフェでした。甘さ控えめで美味しく頂けました。チェリーのアイスと聞いた気はするのですが、バニラエッセンスが強いのかチェリー感は薄かったですが、美味しいアイスでした。

美味しい料理に美味しいワインを合わせて頂き、雰囲気良くserveも良く、ご馳走様でした！
後、パンと一緒にバターではなく自家製パテが出てきたのですが、予約人数分だけ毎日作ってるそうで、少し粗めのかなり美味なパテでした。
