松本で人気のフレンチ『ヒカリヤニシ』と料亭『ヒカリヤヒガシ』を経営するヒカリヤの蕎麦屋。両店は高級店で敷居が高いが、こちらは気軽に立ち寄れるお店。
くるみだれ蕎麦をオーダー。十割の新そば。細目で十割のボソボソ感も蕎麦の香りも良い。レベル高い！美味い！くるみだれも濃厚で良い塩梅。
