駅近のKITTEの地下にあります！
なんとなくご飯に合うお食事を探していたところ
伊達の牛タンがあるではないか！
久々なので立ち寄ってみました。
頼んだメニュー
・芯たん定食 : 3300円
10分くらいで定食が到着。ご飯はおかわり自由とのこと。
牛たんは大きめのが6枚並んでます。
まずはお肉をいただいてみると、柔らかくて厚い肉感！
ご飯がとても進む！一味をつけるとまたおいしくなります。
麦飯も軽めで美味しく、テールスープで落ち着きます。
また牛タンと辛子味噌漬けがとても合う！
肉とも合いますが、ご飯とも合うのですごく好きですね。
帰りに買って帰えろう。
ご飯もお代わりしてしまいました。
仙台だともう少し芯タンは柔らかい？こんなもん？
肉の固さだけかなぁ、気になったのは。でも
本当にこのくらいかもしれません。
