クリスマスはやっぱりお肉！！
焼肉、ステーキ、しゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼きって迷ったけど、美味しいお米が食べたくて牛タン定食。
東京駅近くにいたので、仙台の「芯たん」に惹かれて行ってみることに。
休日の19時頃に行って7組目。
45分待って入店することが出来ました。
店内は広めのカウンター席とテーブル席があって、お一人様も多い印象でした。
やや暗がり照明の落ち着きある雰囲気でした。
注文したのは、
芯たん定食（白米、牛テールスープ付き） 3,200円
タンはひとカットが大ぶりで厚みがある！！
身がしまっていて、柔らかい。
歯ですっーと噛み切れちゃいました。
上品な脂がたっぷりのっていて白米と合う！！
噛むとジューシーな旨みが広がってとっても美味しかったです。
辛みある南蛮みそ漬けとさっぱりなお新香で白米がどんどん進んじゃう！！ご飯お代わり無料が嬉しいところ。
牛テールスープはつやつやで旨みがギュッとつまっています。シャキシャキの葱に大ぶりのお肉が贅沢。
白米食べてスープ飲んでたらあっという間に完食しちゃいました！！
リーズナブルな定食もありましたが、クリスマスということで贅沢！！
「芯たん」は大ぶりでジューシーでとっても美味しかったです。量もしっかりあるのでお腹いっぱいになって大満足でした(*˘︶˘*).｡*♡
