ランチで訪問。
ピビンBARでビュッフェ系ピビンパ。
久々の五味五色、彩りよいと健康に良い。
プルコギ等もあって良い感じ。
個室側は、窓がついていて、天井も高く開放感がある。
13時台になるとすいている。

京橋の新しい商業施設がオープン。。。
京橋駅に直結している。
京橋がこんなことになるとは。。。と思うほど京橋っぽくない商業施設。
トラジさんに行った。
外から見ると入口の暖簾と奥に見える店内の見え方が良い感じ。
店内は竹が天井に向かって弧を描いている、というかなんというか
新店で素敵な感じ。
天井が高い。
入ってすぐピビンBARコーナー。
マニアックな韓国ナムルが多く選べる。
いろいろな色のナムルをバランスよく取るのが五味五色で体に良いらしい。
自家製コチュジャンや、肉みそみたいなものがあり美味しい。
サムゲタンスープ？のような薬膳っぽいスープもヘルシー系で良い感じ。
オープン直後ということもあってか、サービスもお肉の質も良い感じ。
上ハラミがガッツリ分厚く切られていて非常に美味しい。
ぜひこういう感じで続けてほしい。
シャンパーニュはランソン。
店の雰囲気的に、ワインも有りだと思う。
東京スクエアガーデン、いろいろお店が入っていて、結構この界隈にこういう施設が無かった気がするので、
便利といえば便利か。。。
フラッと立ち飲みみたいなカジュアルなところから、落ち着いて食事系までいろいろあって楽しい。

京橋駅直結。
いつものトラジ。メニューはほぼ全て頂いたと自負しているが、ホタテだけ食べた事がなかった。ホタテは肉厚でものすごく美味しい。これからホタテがマストになる気がする。レア気味で焼いて、ニラジャンやコチュジャンなどで頂くとものすごく美味しい。
この日は上ミノがオススメとのこと。
上ミノは後半のツマミ、くらいにしか思っていなかったが、これもニラジャン、コチュジャン、やユズを混ぜたコチュジャンなど、味を変えていくとものすごくテンションが上がって感動した。上ミノで感動するとは思わなかった。いまだに気づきがあって楽しい。
