東京駅近くで、韓国人2人(ゲスト)+日本人2人(ホスト)の食事会で利用しました。個室風テーブル席への案内となります。
本店が下関・唐戸のお店が京橋に進出。京橋では店主の大堀寿仁氏が自ら板場で握る頻度が下関よりかなり高いとのことでした。
板さんによると下関直送の地魚をメインで使用しているので、月曜日と金曜日のネタが狙い目だそうです。

寿司8貫・お造り・焼き物・揚げ物含む全7品

→ 桜色の豆腐料理と、最初から手間暇かけた前菜です。
◆お造り
→ 岩塩プレート、醤油(濃口、薄口)の三種で様々な味わいを楽しむ趣向です。刺身も良いねっとり系で美味しいです。

→ 山野草の天ぷらも良い揚がり具合です。もたれ感がありません。
◆お寿司 8貫
→ 4貫が2セットで提供されます。赤身以外は醤油は使わずにお食べ下さいとの案内です。どの握りもレベル高いです。でもねえ、やはり鮨はカウンターで握りたてをいただくのが一番かと。

→ 値段もそこそこ高いのですが、グラスに目一杯注いでくれました。
東京駅周辺で接待用に押さえておいて良いお店かもしれません。
