The first time I went to a Sushi in Shimonoseki ✨ I ordered it as a course, but I added some separately ✨ The things I added were: *First Ezo bafun sea urchin of the season ✨ *First time I ate fan shrimp ✨ This seems to be bigger than usual. It was sweeter and more flavorful than I expected, and it was delicious ~ I want to eat it again ♪ * I love the white shrimp nigiri and it's reliable ✨ * I felt the season for the baby mantis shrimp ✨ It's delicious ♪ There is a grilled option in the course, but I chose the sweet sea bream I asked. I wanted to eat Matsukasa-yaki. The meat was plump and the skin was crispy. It was the perfect sushi Sushi. I was able to eat fresh and delicious fish, and the owner and other staff members were very pleasant. The store is also beautiful✨✨ The big brush “Jin” is so cool✨✨
