金曜12時に伺いました。
予約なしでしたが運良く入店、カウンター席に案内されました。
お任せ握り全8間6000円を注文。
写真を撮りたかったのですが、お食事を楽しんでいらっしゃる他のお客様よ雰囲気を壊しそうな感じだったので断念。

赤貝 赤貝の上にクルクルと巻かれたヒモが乗ってて
初めて拝見しました。

穴子 ふわふわすぎず、香ばしくて、ツメも気持ち悪い甘さが無くて美味しかった〜
玉 こちらも上品な甘さで大満足。
昼から飲まないぞと思っていましたが、途中で断念。
やっぱりビールを注文。
一貫ずつ産地も説明されたのですが、忘れてしまいました今度はメモしながら挑みたい！
