江戸前のお寿司はかなり経験したと新機軸で九州のお寿司が味わえるとのことで訪問。シャリが白でとても美味しく、大将も超ベテラン刑事みたいな渋カッコいいオヤジで行って良かったというのが結論。フグの出る冬にでもまた行こうかなと思う。
松の実豆腐、聞き忘れた珍しい鯛、赤いか、いしがき貝、赤身白醤油漬け、白エビ、茶碗蒸しキノコホタテ三つ葉白身の魚、新子3枚づけ、クエ、中トロ、関アジ、関さば ゴマ醤油ペースト、バフンウニ海苔無し、芽ネギ、たまご、三つ葉じゅんさいのお椀、フルーツ、計18000円
1品平均1000円くらいの一流店の平均価格かな。
もちろん九州産のみでコースは成立しないのですが、おつまみなどのコースならもっと九州感が出たのかも。まあお寿司屋なので握りを削ってつまみ多めはあまり好きではないので迷うところ。
フルーツが絶妙に見た目もキレイでしかも食べやすいように切ってくれていたのでそういう心配りのお店なんだと思いました。大将の顔は怖いですが良店です。
