京橋の東京スクエアガーデン２階の「随園別館京橋店」に久々に参りました。
10年近く前に一度ランチにうかがった記憶がありますが、何を食べたかは全く憶えていませんでした。
11時10分ごろに着きました。先客は2人だけ。
冷たいチャイニーズティー（ジャスミンティー）が先に出されます。
広くて綺麗にセットされた店内はなかなかお洒落でいい気持ちでお食事がいただけそうです。
注文は
◆えびチリセット 1.380円
芝えびのえびチリとライス、スープ、小皿２品、漬物に杏仁豆腐が付きます。
5分くらいで提供になりました。
小皿２品はカボチャの天ぷらとザー菜。ダイコンの辛味漬物。豆腐と掻き玉のスープと杏仁豆腐と揃いなかなかバラエティに富んでいます。
芝えびのえびチリは豆板醤の辛味とケチャップの酸味がいい具合にマッチしていて美味しいです。何より大皿にたっぷり盛り付けられて中華料理らしいダイナミックな醍醐味にあふれていてたいへんに満足できるランチでした。再訪ありですね。
お料理はいい感じでしたが、入口付近の床が油でペタペタとしていてちょっと気になりました。店員さんがマイペースなのは中華料理店ではあるあるですね～。
