東京駅の八重地下にあるとんかつ 寿々木にお邪魔してきました。
混んでる八重地下でも行列の店で外人さんも多く、30分並んで入店。
上ロースカツ定食、二度揚げでカラッと揚がった状態で登場。レアみは少なく、最近の店ではしっかり揚げの方ですかね。
肉はしっかり揚げなのにボソボソせずロースとは思えないほど脂身も少なく赤身も上品な旨さでした。
衣のカラッと感があまり持続しないのが少し残念だけど、肉そのものは美味しかったです。
